In this phase, you will use the research carried out in phase 2 as a starting point. In phase 2 you have described the debate around an issue from many perspectives allowing it to be navigated and explored. In phase 3 you will choose one aspect, dataset, statistic or insight to present the issue with the intention of mobilising a public into taking action for positive change.
